How gorgeous is this couple? I don't know how they managed to look so flawless in the August heat. Even though they must of been hot and sweaty, they cozied up to each other in the 95+ degree heat and had huge smiles while doing so. Second Shooting
2017 flew by! Maybe it's because I spent every moment learning and growing as a photographer. Last year I second shot over 10 weddings with Stephanie from Stephanie Maurie Photography. I am so incredibly grateful that she gave me a chance even though I was just starting out. I learned so much while second shooting. Matt & Eric's Engagement Session
I cannot say enough amazing things about this couple. Seriously two of the nicest people I have ever met! When we met for our consultation they INSISTED on buying my coffee. I always buy my clients coffee so this was a first. They live in Chicago but drove all the way out to South Elgin to meet me. A Perfect End to 2017
Curtis and Stephanie's wedding was during one of the coldest days of the year!! (12/30/17) It was around -8 out! (Not including the wind chill) It was sadly too cold for portraits outside. (We did get one off camera flash shot at night!) That didn't stop us from getting some beautiful indoor shots! During the wedding ceremony they had a "Sand Ceremony."
