As the clock edges toward midnight, New Year's Eve buzzes with excitement and joy. It’s a time for fresh starts, resolutions, and most importantly, celebrating love. Last year, I had the privilege of capturing a remarkable wedding at the stunning Bolingbrook Golf Club.

A Beautiful Setting at Bolingbrook Golf Club


Nestled in the scenic landscape of Bolingbrook, Illinois, the Bolingbrook Golf Club provides a perfect backdrop for winter weddings. The venue sparkled with lit up Christmas trees and festive decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that radiated romance, even in the cool air.


As a wedding photographer, I thrive on capturing the unique details of each wedding. At Bolingbrook Golf Club, the blend of natural beauty and thoughtfully designed spaces made every shot truly memorable.

Celebrating With Friends


The reception buzzed with laughter and joyful reunions. I was delighted to see a couple previous clients in the wedding party, which made the evening even more special. Memories of past weddings combined with the new celebration created a beautiful sense of community.


Heartfelt speeches filled the room, alongside lively dance battles that had guests laughing and dancing the night away. Statistical data from wedding experts say that 80% of guests remember weddings based on the energy of the reception. This wedding was a perfect example as the dance floor remained packed with happy guests celebrating Abbey and Spencer's special day.




The New Year’s Countdown


As midnight approached, the excitement escalated. Abbey and Spencer had planned a big celebration for the new year. With glasses raised to toast love and well-wishes, the atmosphere brimmed with joy.


Guests gathered, some still dancing while others held drinks, ready to countdown to midnight together. As laughter echoed and cheers grew louder, the clock struck midnight, marking not only the start of a new year but also a new chapter for Abbey and Spencer as a married couple.




A Perfect Reflection on Love and Celebration


Reflecting on Abbey and Spencer’s wedding fills me with gratitude for the opportunity to be their wedding photographer. The Bolingbrook Golf Club provided an elegant backdrop that mirrored their love and commitment flawlessly.


Adding pets, hosting a spectacular fireworks display, and fostering community through laughter and joy created an unforgettable day.
